The Mozzart customer care number and email address are listed in the help widget on Mozzart Bet's official site, which shows support as available 24 hours. Use the contacts exactly as listed on the operator's contact page and nowhere else. We do not reprint the number here because numbers change and copied numbers are how fake agents catch players; open the official site, tap help or contact, and call or write from there.

BetTips.co.ke is a review site and cannot reach your Mozzart account. This page explains which channel to pick, what to prepare so the first call solves the problem, and the scams that imitate Mozzart support. 18+ only.

Before you call: prepare these

  • The phone number registered on your Mozzart account.
  • For deposits: the M-Pesa transaction code from the confirmation SMS, the amount and the time.
  • For bets: the ticket or bet ID from your history.
  • For withdrawals: the amount requested and the time you saw the request accepted.

Never share your password, your M-Pesa PIN or a one-time code. A real agent does not need them.

Common problems and what to do

Deposit sent but not reflected

First check the M-Pesa SMS. It should name MOZZART KENYA as the recipient and show the account number as your registered phone. If the account number was typed wrong, the money may sit unallocated; give support the transaction code. If the SMS names another business, the money went elsewhere and Mozzart cannot recover it. Full steps are on the Mozzart paybill page.

Forgotten password or locked account

Use the forgot-password option on the login screen; a reset code arrives by SMS to the registered number. If you changed SIM or number, call support from the help widget.

Bet settled wrongly

Note the bet ID and the market, read the sports rules for that market (void rules for postponed matches, extra time and so on), then email support so you have a written trail.

Fake Mozzart agents

Fraudsters open social media pages and WhatsApp accounts with Mozzart's logo, offer "help" with a missing deposit and then ask for a fee, your PIN or a "verification" payment. Others sell "fixed matches" or jackpot "leaks" in Mozzart's name. All of these are scams. Mozzart support never asks you to send money to a personal number.

If support does not resolve it

Keep emails and transaction codes. A licensed operator must handle complaints; if you cannot get an answer, you can raise it with Kenya's betting regulator, the Gambling Regulatory Authority, set up by the Gambling Control Act, 2025 in place of the BCLB. For account and product details, see the full Mozzart Bet review, and if betting is causing stress, our responsible gambling page has next steps.

Frequently asked questions

Is Mozzart customer care available at night?

Mozzart's help widget shows support as available 24 hours. Use the phone or email listed there.

Can BetTips.co.ke fix my Mozzart account?

No. We are an independent review site with no access to operator accounts. Contact Mozzart through the official channels.

Does Mozzart support use WhatsApp?

We did not find a WhatsApp channel among Mozzart's official contacts. Treat WhatsApp accounts claiming to be Mozzart support with suspicion.

What should I send support about a missing deposit?

Your registered phone number, the M-Pesa transaction code, the amount and the time of payment.
