No prediction is ever sure. Tips here are opinions built on form and statistics, so treat them as research, not a promise. 18+.

Our football predictions today sit in the feed below: every match on today's card that passed our checks, the market we picked, the price at the time of publishing and one line explaining why. Kick-off times are shown in East Africa Time, so you can plan around work, matatu rides and evening EPL games without converting from UK time. Read the reasons first, then decide whether a pick fits your own budget.

A quick word on expectations. People search for "sure win prediction today" and "100 sure" tips every morning, but no honest site can offer that. Football is random enough that even the strongest favourite loses regularly. What we can offer is a clear method and a short explanation, so you know what you are backing. Our guide to judging a tip shows how to test any pick, ours included.

Today's match predictions

The list is updated through the day. Early European fixtures, from Asia and Scandinavia, appear first; the big evening games in England, Spain and Italy are added once team news is close. If a match has no pick, it simply did not pass the checks below, which is a decision in itself.

How a fixture makes today's list

We start with the full day's fixtures and cut it down, rather than starting with a pick and looking for reasons. A match has to clear four filters:

  1. Recent form with context. The last six to eight matches, split into home and away, and adjusted for who the opponents were. Three wins against bottom-half sides tell you less than a narrow defeat away at a title contender.
  2. Expected goals (xG). xG measures the quality of chances a team creates and concedes. A side winning on low xG is often riding luck, and that tends to run out. A side losing while creating plenty is often due a better run.
  3. Team news. Injuries, suspensions and rotation before or after a European night. A missing first-choice keeper or central defender changes a goals market more than most people expect.
  4. Price versus our estimate. We turn the analysis into a rough probability and compare it with the bookmaker's odds. If the odds are shorter than our estimate justifies, we skip the game, even if we like the favourite.

That last step is the one most tipsters leave out. Picking winners is easy; picking winners at a price that pays over time is the hard part. For a deeper look at how odds turn into probability, see our betting strategy guide.

Turning today's tips into a sensible bet

The single most common way Kenyan punters lose money on good analysis is the long accumulator. Ten picks that each have a fair chance combine into a slip that almost never lands. If you like several games, consider singles or small doubles instead, and keep a fixed stake per bet, for example 1-2% of the money you have set aside for betting this month. With a KES 2,000 monthly budget, that is KES 20-40 per pick, which feels small but keeps you in the game through a bad week.

You can check what a double or treble really pays, and how much the extra legs cost you in probability, with our odds calculator. If you prefer to share or copy slips, the booking codes page explains how codes work on Kenyan sites.

Placing today's pick at a Kenyan bookmaker

  1. Pick a licensed bookmaker from the table below and log in with your phone number.
  2. Top up through M-Pesa: most sites send an STK push to your phone, or you can go to Lipa na M-Pesa, Pay Bill, enter the business number shown on the bookmaker's deposit page and use your phone number as the account. Airtel Money works on some sites.
  3. Search for the fixture by team name. Many European matches are listed under the country and league, not the club.
  4. Tap the market and selection from our pick. Check the odds on the slip.
  5. Enter your stake and look at the slip summary. Excise duty is deducted when you deposit and withholding tax is taken from winnings by the operator, so the possible payout shown may already be net of tax. Check the current rules on the slip or in KRA guidance.
  6. Place the bet and keep the bet ID. Results usually settle within an hour of full time.

Mistakes we see on match days

  • Betting before the line-ups. A rested striker or a youth goalkeeper can turn a good pick into a bad one. Most line-ups are published about an hour before kick-off.
  • Chasing a loss with the late games. If the afternoon picks lost, the evening ones do not owe you anything. Stick to the stake you planned in the morning.
  • Treating "banker" as a promise. A short-priced favourite still loses often enough to sink a slip. Our banker page explains why.
  • Buying tips from Telegram sellers. Anyone charging for "fixed" matches is running a scam; real fixed matches are a crime, not a product.

Betting is for adults aged 18+ only. Set a monthly limit before you start, never bet with rent or school-fee money, and use the self-exclusion and limit tools in your betting account if things stop being fun. Our responsible gambling page lists where to get help.

Frequently asked questions

When are today's predictions published?

The first picks appear in the morning East Africa Time for early European and Asian fixtures. Evening matches are added later in the day once we have team news, so check back an hour or two before kick-off.

Can I copy all of today's tips into one accumulator?

You can, but it is rarely a good idea. Each extra leg multiplies the chance of losing the slip. Singles or doubles with a fixed small stake give you a far more stable result over a month.

Why is there no pick for a big match today?

Either the analysis was too close to call or the bookmaker's price was too short for the risk. Skipping a game is a normal outcome of the method, not an oversight.

What if my bookmaker shows different odds from the feed?

Odds move with team news and money coming in. If your price is noticeably shorter than the one we listed, the bet may no longer be worth it, so compare a couple of licensed sites first.
