By using BetTips.co.ke you accept these terms of use. In short: the site gives information and opinions about betting in Kenya, it is not a bookmaker, and every betting decision you make is your own.
Information, not advice
Predictions, jackpot analysis and reviews reflect our reading of public data at the time of writing. Football is unpredictable; no tip or system can promise a result, and we do not accept liability for stakes lost on our picks. Odds, bonuses and paybill details can change without notice, so always confirm them on the operator's own site before you deposit.
Who may use the site
The site is intended for adults 18+ in Kenya. Gambling laws differ elsewhere, and you are responsible for checking that betting is legal where you are. If you are under 18, please leave the site.
Third-party bookmakers
Links to operators, including affiliate links through our /go/ pages, take you to websites we do not control. Your account, deposits, withdrawals and any dispute are governed by that operator's terms and by Kenyan regulation. We recommend only bookmakers we believe are licensed to serve Kenya; brands that have closed or left the market stay on the site only as warnings. Either way, check the licence number shown on the operator's site before you deposit. How we choose and score them is set out on how we rate.
Acceptable use
- Do not copy or republish our articles, tables or predictions without written permission. Short quotes with a link are fine.
- Do not use our name or content to sell tips, run paid groups or promote fake "fixed" games.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at volume or probe its security.
Accuracy and corrections
We work to keep facts current and correct errors when we find them or when readers report them through the contact page. We do not warrant that every figure is accurate at every moment.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the current terms. Please read the privacy policy alongside them.
