Jackpot Predictions This Week

Our jackpot predictions for this week cover the jackpots Kenyan punters actually play: the SportPesa Mega and Midweek jackpots, the Betika Grand Jackpot, the Mozzart, OdiBets and SportyBet jackpots. Each jackpot has its own page with a pick for every fixture once the card is published, plus notes on which games are worth covering with a double. This hub explains how the jackpots differ, how to read our picks and how to keep the cost of a ticket under control.

This week's jackpot prediction feed

The feed above lists the current round for each jackpot when the operators have released their cards. Jackpot cards usually go up a few days before the first kick-off, so if a block is empty the next round simply has not been published yet. Fixtures, kick-off times in EAT and the number of games are always taken from the operator's own card, and you should compare the list with the live card before you place anything, because games can be swapped or cancelled.

How lines and cost add up on a 17-match jackpot slip
Each double or triple multiplies the number of lines, and the cost grows with it.

Kenyan jackpots side by side

The table below shows the structure of each jackpot as reported by Kenyan media and operator announcements. Formats change from time to time, so treat it as a starting point and check the current jackpot card on the operator's site.

Searches for Shabiki and betPawa jackpots are also common. We have not confirmed their current formats, so check on their own sites whether a jackpot is running this week and what the card looks like before you rely on any prediction. If you are after number draws rather than football cards, our lotto and lottery guide covers the legal options.

How our jackpot predictions are made

A jackpot is not an accumulator you build yourself. The operator chooses the games, and many of them are matches you would never bet on by choice: second-tier English football, Scandinavian leagues, early-season fixtures with little form to go on. That changes the method.

  1. Rate every fixture. For each game we estimate the chance of a home win, a draw and an away win from recent form, home and away records, schedule congestion and confirmed team news.
  2. Sort the card into three groups. Clear favourites get a single pick. Balanced games are flagged as candidates for a double. Genuinely open games, often derbies or matches between two mid-table sides, are flagged as possible triples.
  3. Respect the draw. Punters often fill a card with home wins. Across European leagues roughly one game in four ends level, so a 17-game card with no draw on it is usually a weaker ticket, not a safer one.
  4. Check late news. Weekend line-ups come out about an hour before kick-off, which is often late afternoon or evening in Kenya. A late injury to a key striker can turn a single into a double.

Our picks are an opinion based on public data. No one can call 17 football matches with certainty, and any site that sells a "sure jackpot" or "fixed" result is running a scam.

Why doubles and triples cost so much

Every extra outcome you cover multiplies the number of lines on your ticket, and each line is charged at the stake shown on the jackpot card. The arithmetic is simple and unforgiving:

  • One double: 2 lines.
  • Three doubles: 2 x 2 x 2 = 8 lines.
  • Five doubles: 32 lines.
  • Three doubles and two triples: 8 x 9 = 72 lines.
  • Covering every outcome on a 13-game card: 3 to the power of 13, which is 1,594,323 lines.

So the useful question is not "how do I cover everything" but "which two or three games deserve cover". Our per-jackpot pages mark those games for you. Some operators also let you build a combination ticket directly on the card, and the site shows the total cost before you confirm, so read that figure every time.

Realistic chances on a jackpot card

A 17-game card has 129,140,163 possible result combinations. Even if you were right two times in three on every game, which is a very strong hit rate, the chance of a perfect 17 would be well under 1 in 900. That is why people talk about the bonus tiers: several jackpots pay smaller prizes for nearly-perfect tickets, and the lowest paying score differs from card to card. Bonus rules and amounts are set by each operator, so check the operator's terms for the round you are playing.

Treat a jackpot ticket as a fixed weekly entertainment cost, the same amount every round, paid from money you can afford to lose. Jackpot betting is for adults 18+ only, and if you find yourself chasing last week's near miss, use the tools described on our responsible gambling page.

Where to place a jackpot ticket

All the operators above take deposits through M-Pesa paybill or an STK push from the site, and some, such as SportPesa and betPawa, also list Airtel Money; check the payment page of each operator. Deposits are subject to excise duty, which the operator deducts before your wallet is credited, and winnings are subject to withholding tax deducted before payout; our betting tax guide explains how both work. The table below lists the operators we currently cover for jackpots.

Frequently asked questions

Which jackpot in Kenya has the most games?

Among the jackpots we track, the Mozzart Super Grand Jackpot has been reported with 20 games, while the SportPesa Mega Jackpot, the Betika Grand Jackpot and the OdiBets Mega Jackpot use 17. Formats change, so confirm the count on the current card.

Are jackpot predictions on this page free?

Yes. We do not sell tips, and you never need to pay or join a paid group to see our picks. Be wary of anyone who asks for money in exchange for jackpot predictions.

When are the predictions for a new jackpot round published?

After the operator releases the card, usually a few days before the first fixture. If the feed is empty, the new round has not been published yet.

Can I win something without getting all games right?

Often yes. Several Kenyan jackpots pay bonuses for nearly-perfect tickets, for example a few games short of the full 17. The tiers and amounts depend on the operator's terms for that round.

How many doubles should I use on a jackpot?

Only as many as your weekly budget allows. Each double doubles the number of lines, so three doubles already mean eight lines. Use them on the two or three most balanced games rather than spreading them thinly.
