Go to BetPawa

The BetPawa customer care number for Kenya is printed on the official help page at betpawa.co.ke, together with the other support channels. Rather than repeat a number here that could change or be copied by scammers, we list the channel types betPawa publishes and show you how to get a problem solved quickly. Always take the number from the help page itself.

The help page describes support as available 24/7. It does not list an email address, so a message thread on Messenger or Telegram is your written record. Screenshot the conversation if the issue involves money.

Before you contact betPawa

Many questions are answered in the help section, and some problems fix themselves within minutes. Check these first:

  • Deposit not showing: did the payment prompt on your phone complete, and did you receive an M-Pesa or Airtel Money confirmation SMS?
  • Balance lower than expected: deposits are credited after the tax deduction betPawa describes on its help page.
  • Cannot log in: use the forgot PIN option before calling.
  • Bet settled wrongly: check the match result and the market rules first.

What to have ready

  1. The phone number registered on your betPawa account.
  2. The M-Pesa or Airtel Money transaction code for any payment issue.
  3. The bet ID, date and time in EAT for a disputed bet.
  4. Screenshots of error messages.

Agents can only help with your own account. Do not share your PIN with anyone, including someone who says they are betPawa support. A genuine agent never needs it.

Spotting fake betPawa customer care

Scammers set up Facebook pages, WhatsApp numbers and Telegram groups with betPawa logos. Warning signs:

  • They contact you first after you posted a complaint in public.
  • They ask for your PIN, an M-Pesa reversal or a "release fee" to unlock winnings.
  • They sell fixed matches, sure odds or an Aviator predictor.
  • Their number is not the one on the official help page.

BetPawa does not charge you to release a withdrawal. Anyone asking for money to unlock a balance is not betPawa.

If the problem is not resolved

Keep a dated record of every contact. If a dispute about a balance or settlement goes nowhere, you can raise it with the Gambling Regulatory Authority, the regulator named in betPawa's footer. For deposit troubles, our BetPawa deposit and withdrawal guide lists the most common causes. If you contact support because you want to stop betting, ask about account closure or self-exclusion; betting is for adults 18+ only, and our responsible gambling page explains the options.
