By The PariPesa app is searched thousands of times a month in Kenya, yet we could not confirm an official PariPesa app download link for Kenya: the Kenyan site redirected us to a block page, and we found no Kenyan store listing we could verify. Because PariPesa also shows no Kenyan licence, we suggest caution with any "PariPesa apk" file. This page explains what to check and which licensed apps are easy to get.
What we could check
| Item | Status in October 2026 |
|---|---|
| Download link on paripesa.co.ke | Not confirmed; site blocked from our location |
| Google Play listing for Kenya | Not found |
| App Store listing for Kenya | Not found |
| Kenyan licence on the site | Not found |
Checks before installing any PariPesa APK
If you open the official site from Kenya and it offers an Android file, run these checks before installing:
- Source: the download must start from paripesa.co.ke itself, not from a blog, Telegram channel or APK mirror.
- Licence: scroll the site footer; a Kenyan-licensed bookmaker shows its company and licence number. We found none.
- Permissions: a betting app has no reason to read your SMS, contacts or call log. Refuse those.
- Unknown sources: if you allow your browser to install unknown apps, switch the permission off again afterwards.
- Login: never type your M-Pesa PIN into a betting app; deposits should trigger the standard Safaricom prompt.
Risks of PariPesa APK copies
- Files on mirror sites can be modified to capture login details.
- Apps with SMS access can read M-Pesa messages and one-time codes.
- Old versions may stop working, leaving a balance you cannot reach from the app.
- "Aviator predictor" or "bonus hack" versions of betting apps are scams.
Using the mobile site instead
Where a bookmaker works in your mobile browser, you need no install at all, and you can add a home-screen shortcut from the browser menu. That avoids APK risks entirely. The same caution applies to the sign-up form, as our PariPesa registration guide sets out. It does not solve the licence question, though, which our PariPesa Kenya review covers in detail.
Licensed apps that are easy to install
If what you want is a reliable betting app, several licensed Kenyan bookmakers publish theirs through official channels. BetPawa, for example, links an Android app on Google Play and an iOS app on the App Store from its site; see the BetPawa app guide. The full comparison is on our betting apps in Kenya page.
If you already installed a PariPesa APK
- Check its permissions in Settings and remove SMS or contacts access.
- If the source was not the official site, uninstall it.
- Change the password on your PariPesa account from a browser.
- Watch your M-Pesa statement for payments you did not make.
Whatever app you use, betting is for adults 18+ only. Keep the phone locked so children cannot open betting apps.
