Advertiser disclosure: we may earn a commission when you join an operator through links on this page. It never changes our scores. How we make money.

PariPesa runs a Kenyan-facing site at paripesa.co.ke with sports, virtual sports, slots and a live casino, but when we checked in October 2026 we could not find a Kenyan licence, a Kenyan company name or a regulator statement anywhere on it. That is the most important fact in this review: until PariPesa shows a licence from the Gambling Regulatory Authority, we do not rank it and we suggest licensed bookmakers instead. BetTips.co.ke is a review site with no ownership ties to any bookmaker, not PariPesa.

Our sources are PariPesa's own pages (about, contacts, bonus rules and payment information), Kenyan media searches and third-party pages, all read in October 2026. The site redirected our non-Kenyan connection to a block page, so we could not read the cashier or the current bonus; we say clearly where that limits what we know. We did not open an account; our PariPesa registration checks list what to verify before you do.

Is PariPesa legit in Kenya?

"Is PariPesa legit" is one of the most searched questions about the brand, and the honest answer is that we could not verify it. Under the Gambling Control Act, 2025, the Gambling Regulatory Authority (GRA) took over from the BCLB, and online operators need a Kenyan online licence. Foreign operators must also be registered in Kenya, with a local address, local customer care and a bank account in Kenya that holds player balances. A licensed bookmaker normally prints its company name and licence number in the footer. PariPesa's Kenyan site does neither on the pages we read.

Third-party pages tie the PariPesa brand to an offshore licence issued for paripesa.com, not to a Kenyan licence. One user forum post claims a BCLB licence, but it gives no evidence and we cannot use it. We also found no coverage of PariPesa in the main Kenyan news outlets, which is unusual for a bookmaker with this much search interest. None of this proves wrongdoing; it means the basic checks we apply to every bookmaker, described in how we rate, come back empty.

Why a missing licence matters to your money

  • Complaints: with a GRA-licensed operator you can escalate an unpaid withdrawal to the regulator. With an operator that shows no Kenyan licence, that route may not exist.
  • Payments can be cut off: Kenyan authorities have ordered telecoms to shut paybills and shortcodes of unlicensed betting firms before, in 2019 and again in April 2025. Money in a wallet when that happens can become hard to reach.
  • Player funds: the 2025 Act requires player funds to sit in a local bank account; we could not see whether PariPesa does this.
  • Taxes: licensed bookmakers deduct excise duty and withholding tax as the law requires; an unclear operator's tax handling is unknown.

Sports, virtuals and casino on paripesa.co.ke

From the menus we could see, PariPesa offers a sportsbook, live and virtual sports, a slots lobby and a live casino. Most Kenyan visitors will be looking for EPL and Champions League markets, and a PariPesa-style sportsbook usually lists a very long range of leagues and markets. We could not open the betting pages themselves, so we make no claims about odds, live betting quality or whether Aviator is available. Our page on Aviator at PariPesa lists the questions to ask before playing it there.

"PariPesa casino" and "PariPesa virtual" are smaller searches. Both are listed in the site menu, but without a licence check we do not recommend playing either there. Our online casino in Kenya page covers licensed casino options.

Deposits, withdrawals and M-Pesa

We could not read PariPesa's cashier from outside Kenya, and its payment information page did not give us a confirmed list of Kenyan methods or a minimum deposit. Affiliate sites say M-Pesa is supported, but that is unverified. If you see a paybill for PariPesa, check who the M-Pesa confirmation names as the recipient before entering your PIN. Our PariPesa paybill page explains what to verify, and M-Pesa betting sites lists licensed bookmakers with documented deposit routes.

Bonuses and promo codes

PariPesa has a bonus rules page, but the current welcome offer was not readable from our location, and we found no official promo code. Many websites publish "PariPesa promo codes" that are affiliate tracking tags; they do not change the offer itself. See our PariPesa promo code page for what to check before claiming any bonus.

App, lite version and SMS

We could not confirm a PariPesa app download link on the Kenyan site or a store listing for Kenya. "PariPesa lite" and "PariPesa SMS" searches exist, but we found no published lite version or SMS betting service. If you are offered a PariPesa APK, read our PariPesa app guide first.

How PariPesa handles customer queries

The contacts page lists only email addresses on the international paripesa.com domain, for general support, technical support, security and blocked accounts, plus social media links. There is no phone number and no Kenyan office. Under the 2025 Act, foreign operators licensed in Kenya are expected to provide local customer care; PariPesa's page does not show that. Details are on PariPesa customer care.

Why so many Kenyans search for PariPesa

Search volume for PariPesa in Kenya is high, and a fair share of it is people typing the brand name to find the site, often after seeing it promoted on social media or in Telegram tipster groups. High search interest is not evidence of a licence. Kenya's 2026 advertising rules require approved gambling ads to carry the operator's licence number and a counselling helpline, so a promotion without those details is itself a warning sign. When you see any bookmaker advertised, check for that licence line before you click through.

If you already have a PariPesa account

  1. Avoid adding more money until a Kenyan licence is shown on the site.
  2. Withdraw your available balance and keep screenshots of the request.
  3. Save every M-Pesa confirmation code linked to the account.
  4. Write to the support emails on the contacts page if a withdrawal stalls, and keep the replies.

Our verdict

PariPesa attracts a lot of searches in Kenya, but a bookmaker that shows no Kenyan licence, no local company and no phone support does not pass our basic checks. We would not deposit there until that changes, and we will update this review if PariPesa publishes a GRA licence. If you still want to visit the site, the link below goes to PariPesa; read its terms carefully first.

We found no Kenyan licence, Kenyan company or regulator statement on paripesa.co.ke in October 2026. Third-party pages link the brand to an offshore licence for paripesa.com.

Is PariPesa legit?

We could not verify it. Without a licence from the Gambling Regulatory Authority, complaints and payment protections available with licensed bookmakers may not apply.

Affiliate sites say so, but we could not confirm it on the official site. If you pay, check that the M-Pesa recipient name matches before entering your PIN.

Does PariPesa have a casino and virtual sports?

Yes, the site menu lists a live casino, slots and virtual sports.
