OdiBets registration takes a Safaricom number, a password and the PIN OdiBets sends you by SMS; online registration is free and there is no form full of personal details at the start. If you have no data, you can register by text instead. Both routes below follow the operator's own FAQ, and you must be 18 or older to open an account.

Register on odibets.com or the app

  1. Open the official site through the button below, or the OdiBets app.
  2. Tap Sign Up.
  3. Enter your mobile number in the usual Kenyan format.
  4. Create a password of at least six characters. Do not reuse your M-Pesa PIN.
  5. Submit, then wait for the SMS with a confirmation PIN.
  6. Type the PIN on the screen to activate the account, then log in.

OdiBets registration by SMS

For a basic phone or an empty bundle, text the word ODI to the OdiBets shortcode shown in the key facts box: 29680. The reply confirms your account, and from then on you can bet and withdraw by text. The full command list is on our OdiBets SMS betting page. Standard SMS charges from your network may apply.

When the confirmation PIN does not arrive

  • Check the number: a missing digit is the usual cause.
  • Check that your SIM can receive messages and the inbox is not full.
  • Wait a couple of minutes before asking for a new code, then request it once.
  • If the number was already registered, use password reset instead of a new sign-up.
  • Still stuck: contact OdiBets customer care through the channels on the official site.

Things to do right after signing up

Make the first deposit from the same number you registered with; our OdiBets paybill guide shows both deposit routes. Read the free bet terms on the promotions page before you bet, since new-customer offers have conditions; we summarise them on the OdiBets bonus page. And decide a weekly limit now, when it is easy, not after a losing weekend.

Registration red flags

OdiBets does not charge a registration fee and does not ask for your M-Pesa PIN during sign-up. Anyone selling "verified OdiBets accounts", offering to register you for a fee, or sending a link that is not odibets.com is running a scam. One account per person is the norm across Kenyan bookmakers, and opening a second one to grab another free bet usually ends with both accounts frozen.

Frequently asked questions

Is OdiBets registration free?

Yes. Online and SMS sign-up are free. Your network may charge a normal SMS rate for messages to the shortcode.

Can I register on OdiBets with an Airtel number?

The FAQ describes registration with a mobile number and deposits by M-Pesa. Withdrawals go to the registered number, so a Safaricom line is the practical choice.

I registered by SMS. How do I log in on the website?

Use your phone number and the password reset option on odibets.com to set a web password, then log in normally.

How old must I be to open an OdiBets account?

Betting in Kenya is for adults only, 18+. The operator can ask for identity checks and close accounts that break the rule.
