Want to follow the steps on the operator site?

Go to SportPesa

The official SportPesa customer care number and WhatsApp contact are the ones listed on the operator's contact page and in the help section of the app; use only those. We do not reprint phone numbers here, because numbers change and copies on third-party sites are a common route for scams. BetTips.co.ke is a third-party review publisher, not SportPesa, and cannot resolve account issues. Betting is 18+ only.

Where to find SportPesa's official contacts

  1. Open the official site through a trusted link or the button above.
  2. Scroll to the footer and open the contact or help link.
  3. In the app, look for Help or Contact in the account menu.
  4. Note the phone line, WhatsApp number, email and any live chat, as listed on the operator's contact page.

Under Kenya's Gambling Control Act 2025, foreign and local operators are expected to provide local customer care, so a Kenyan-facing channel should be listed.

SportPesa WhatsApp number: how to tell real from fake

"SportPesa WhatsApp number" is a common search, and scammers know it. Fake accounts use the logo, offer "jackpot fixed games" or bonus top-ups, and ask for your PIN or a payment to a personal line. Rules that never change:

  • SportPesa staff will never ask for your M-Pesa PIN or your account password.
  • Deposits go through the cashier or the operator's paybill, never to a personal number.
  • No one at a bookmaker sells jackpot results or match outcomes.
  • Check the number you message against the one on the official contact page, digit by digit.

Try self-help first

Many questions are answered faster without a call. Password resets work from the login form. Deposit steps are on our SportPesa paybill page, sign-up issues on the SportPesa registration page, and jackpot rules on the jackpot card itself.

If support does not solve it

Keep a record: dates, transaction codes and screenshots of your chats. If a complaint about a licensed operator is not resolved, the regulator is the next step; the Gambling Regulatory Authority (GRA) took over from the BCLB under the 2025 Act. For problems with gambling itself, our responsible gambling page lists where to get help. Return to the SportPesa review for more on the operator.

Frequently asked questions

Does SportPesa have a WhatsApp number?

Check the operator's contact page for the current WhatsApp line. Message only that number and ignore accounts that contact you first.

Can SportPesa customer care reverse a wrong M-Pesa payment?

Only if the money reached SportPesa. If you paid a wrong business number, contact Safaricom and the recipient business.

Can BetTips.co.ke contact SportPesa for me?

No. We are an independent review site and have no access to SportPesa accounts.

Is someone selling SportPesa jackpot results from support?

No. Anyone claiming to sell results or fixed games, even using the SportPesa logo, is running a scam.
