Want to follow the steps on the operator site?

Go to Betika

To reach Betika customer care, use only the phone numbers, email and chat listed on the operator's contact page inside the official Betika site or app. We do not print a Betika customer care number here, because numbers change and fraudsters circulate fake ones on social media. Below is how to find the real contacts, what to prepare, and which problems you can solve yourself without calling.

Where the official Betika contacts are

  1. Open the official Betika site or app, for example via the button on this page.
  2. Scroll to the footer or open the menu and look for Help, Contact Us or Customer Care.
  3. Note the channels listed there: phone lines, email, live chat and official social accounts.
  4. Save the number in your phone under a clear name, so you never need to search for it again.

BetTips.co.ke is an independent betting information site, not Betika. We cannot see your account or process requests, so please do not send us your account details.

Fake Betika support: how the scam works

Scammers create pages called "Betika Customer Care" and reply to complaints on Facebook or X. They ask you to "verify" your account by sending money, sharing your M-Pesa PIN or a code that arrives by SMS. Real support never asks for any of these.

  • Never share your M-Pesa PIN or one-time codes.
  • Never send money to a personal number to "unlock" a withdrawal.
  • Check that social accounts are the ones linked from the official site, not from search results or comments.

Before you contact Betika: what to have ready

ProblemHave this ready
Deposit not creditedM-Pesa confirmation code, amount, time, phone number used
Withdrawal delayedWithdrawal amount and time, registered number
Bet settled wronglyBet ID from your bet history, match and market
Cannot log inRegistered phone number; try the password reset first

Explaining the problem in one short message with these details usually gets a faster answer than several calls.

Problems you can often fix yourself

  • Forgotten password: use "forgot password" on the login screen. A reset goes to your registered number.
  • Deposit sent to the wrong account number: support needs the M-Pesa code. Our Betika paybill guide shows the right steps to avoid this next time.
  • Balance lower than the deposit: that is usually excise duty, which is deducted automatically. See our betting tax guide.
  • App errors: reinstall from the official site, as described on our Betika app page.

If Betika does not resolve your complaint

Keep written records: screenshots, M-Pesa codes and chat transcripts. If customer care does not help, you can raise a complaint with Kenya's betting regulator, which is moving from the old BCLB to the Gambling Regulatory Authority. The regulator handles licensed operators, so keep your complaint factual and dated.

Support teams can also apply self-exclusion or deposit limits. If betting is causing stress, ask for that directly. Betting is for adults 18+ only.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Betika customer care number?

Use the number listed on Betika's contact page in the official site or app. We do not publish it because numbers change and fake ones circulate online.

Will Betika customer care ask for my M-Pesa PIN?

No. Genuine support never asks for your PIN, password or SMS codes. Anyone who does is a scammer.

How long does Betika support take to reply?

It varies with the channel and time of day. Sending one clear message with your M-Pesa code or bet ID usually speeds things up.

Can BetTips.co.ke help with my Betika account?

No. We are an independent site with no access to Betika accounts. Contact Betika through its official channels.
