Spaceman is a crash game from Pragmatic Play: an astronaut lifts off, a multiplier climbs, and you cash out before he flies out of reach. Its distinguishing feature is the half cash out, which lets you take back 50% of the stake at one multiplier and leave the other half flying. For Kenyan players who already know Aviator, Spaceman is the closest alternative with a genuinely different tool.
Spaceman at a glance
| Provider | Pragmatic Play |
| Type | Crash game, rising multiplier |
| Bets per round | Two |
| Special feature | Cash out half the stake, let the rest ride |
| Auto options | Auto cash out, auto half cash out |
| RTP | Around 96.5%, according to the provider; check the rules screen at your casino |
How the 50% cash out works
Say you stake KES 100. At 1.6x you press half cash out and receive KES 80 for the first half. The remaining KES 50 keeps flying. If the astronaut reaches 3x and you cash out, that half pays KES 150. If he leaves before you cash out, you lose the remaining half but keep the KES 80. The feature reduces the size of losing rounds without removing them, and it does not change the house edge.
Spaceman settings worth setting up
- Auto half cash out at a low target, so part of every stake comes back on a fast connection or a slow one.
- Auto cash out for the remaining half at a higher target you chose before the session.
- A single bet panel while you learn; the second panel doubles the pace of spending.
Spaceman demo
Pragmatic Play offers a Spaceman demo, and many casinos show a demo option on the lobby tile. Use it to test the half cash out combination you plan to use and see how your virtual balance behaves over a hundred rounds.
Spaceman vs Aviator and JetX
All three share the same core: random end point, cash out in time or lose the stake. Spaceman's half cash out is the main practical difference. Aviator is more widely available in Kenya, and JetX allows several bets per round. Choose by what your bookmaker carries and which controls you find clearest. For a simpler airship version of the same idea, see our Zeppelin crash game review.
Spaceman predictors, bots and signal channels are scams. The end of each round is set at random on the provider's server.
