No prediction is ever sure. Tips here are opinions built on form and statistics, so treat them as research, not a promise. 18+.

Here you will find our free betting tips: football picks across the major leagues, each with the reason we like it and the odds we saw. No subscription, no Telegram group, no paid "VIP" tier. We also explain how to judge a tip, ours included, so you are never betting on someone's word alone.

A betting tip is an opinion with a price attached. The useful part is the reasoning: if you understand why a pick was made, you can decide whether you agree, whether the odds still make sense and how much, if anything, to stake.

Latest betting tips

The feed mixes markets: match result, double chance, goals lines, both teams to score and the occasional handicap. Each tip states the market clearly, because "Arsenal" on its own could mean a win, a draw no bet or a handicap, and the difference matters.

What makes a betting tip worth reading

Most tips you see on social media are just a team name and an emoji. A tip worth following has five parts:

PartExample of a good versionWarning sign
Market"Home team draw no bet"Only a team name
PriceThe odds at the time of the tipNo odds, so you cannot judge value
ReasonForm, chances created, missing players"Trust me" or "inside info"
Stake guidanceA small, fixed share of your budget"Put everything on this one"
Honesty about riskSays the tip can lose"100 percent" or "fixed"

If a source fails on price and honesty, walk away. Our separate guide to football prediction sites goes through these checks in more detail.

How our football tips are put together

Every tip on this page starts as a shortlist, not a hunch. We look at each team's last six to eight matches, split home and away. We compare goals with expected goals (xG), which shows whether results match the quality of chances; a team scoring far more than its xG is likely to cool down. We check injuries and suspensions from club announcements and reliable reporting. Finally we estimate a probability and compare it with the bookmaker's price. A tip only goes live if the price looks generous for the risk.

We do not publish a win rate on this page, and we do not claim a track record. Short records are noise, and long ones are easy to fake. The reasoning is there so you can judge each tip on its merits.

Tips by market: where to go next

If you prefer a particular type of bet, the predictions section has a page for most of them:

From tip to bet slip in Kenya

If you are new, our how to bet guide covers the basics. The short version for an existing account:

  1. Choose a licensed bookmaker and confirm it shows a current licence in its footer.
  2. Deposit with M-Pesa: accept the STK push from the site, or use the Pay Bill option under Lipa na M-Pesa, then the business number on the deposit page and your phone number as the account. Some sites take Airtel Money.
  3. Find the match, choose exactly the market named in the tip, and compare the odds with the ones we listed.
  4. Enter a stake that fits your plan and check the payout line. The operator deducts excise duty on top-ups and withholding tax on payouts automatically; the details are on the slip or in the site's tax note.
  5. Confirm and save the bet ID.

Some bookmakers also accept bets by SMS to a shortcode, which helps on a basic phone. The format differs by operator, so read their SMS guide before trying it.

Common errors with free tips

  • Following several tipsters at once. You end up backing both sides of the same game.
  • Ignoring the price. A good tip at 2.10 can be a poor bet at 1.60.
  • Paying for "VIP" picks. Sellers of paid tips and "fixed" games have no edge to sell; if they did, they would bet it themselves.
  • Raising stakes after a winning run. A few wins in a row is normal variance, not proof of a system.

All betting is for adults aged 18+. Bet only money you can afford to lose, and see our responsible gambling page for limits, self-exclusion and support.

Frequently asked questions

Are your betting tips really free?

Yes. There is no paid tier and no group to join. The site is funded by bookmaker partnerships, which we disclose, and that does not change which tips we publish.

How many tips do you publish per day?

It depends on the fixture list. On a busy weekend there may be many; on a quiet Tuesday only a few, or none in some markets. We would rather skip a day than force weak picks.

Do you sell fixed matches or inside information?

No, and nobody honest does. Match fixing is a crime, and people selling such tips are almost always scammers who disappear after payment.

Which market is best for beginners?

Single bets on simple markets such as double chance or draw no bet are easier to understand and less volatile. Start there before trying accumulators or correct scores.

Can I use these tips with SMS betting?

Yes, if your bookmaker offers SMS betting. You will need the match ID and the market code from that operator, which differ between sites.
