- Write from the email linked to your account, if you gave one.
- Put your account ID and the problem in the subject line.
- Give the M-Pesa transaction code, amount and time in EAT for payment issues.
- Attach screenshots of the bet slip, balance or error message.
- Ask for a ticket or reference number and keep every reply.
Social media impostors
Search "PariPesa customer care" on Facebook or WhatsApp and you will find numbers posing as support. Treat them as fake if they:
- contact you first after a public complaint;
- ask for your password, M-Pesa PIN or a verification code;
- demand a "processing fee" to release a withdrawal;
- offer fixed matches or Aviator signals.
No genuine support desk needs your PIN or charges you to pay out your own money.
Protecting your money
If you hold a balance with PariPesa, the safest step is to withdraw it and keep records of the request. For M-Pesa transactions that left your account but did not arrive, Safaricom can trace the transaction code.
