Advertiser disclosure: we may earn a commission when you join an operator through links on this page. It never changes our scores. How we make money.

Palmsbet in Kenya is a licensed online casino and betting site run by South Cape Investment Limited from Kenrail Towers in Westlands, Nairobi, and part of the Bulgarian Palms Bet group. Its Kenyan site leads with slots, live dealer casino and virtual sports rather than football jackpots. BetTips.co.ke is an independent comparison site, not Palmsbet: if you searched "palmsbet" to reach the official site, use the button below, and read on if you want to know whether it is worth your money.

How this review was made: in October 2026 we read the public palmsbet.co.ke pages and the scripts that power them, and checked the licence holder against a copy of the regulator's register. Much of the Kenyan site loads only after login or in the browser, so details like the paybill, minimum deposit and current bonus were not visible to us. We did not open an account or deposit, and where we could not confirm something, we say so.

Is Palmsbet legit in Kenya?

Yes, Palmsbet Kenya holds current licences. The site footer names South Cape Investment Limited and lists a bookmaker licence and a public gaming licence, and a copy of the regulator's register shows Southcape Investment Limited, trading as Royal Palms Casino with the palmsbet.co.ke domain, holding the same two licences, renewed for 2025/2026. The regulator is now the Gambling Regulatory Authority (GRA), the BCLB's successor under the 2025 Gambling Control Act.

A few points are worth knowing. The static FAQ still shows older BCLB-era licence numbers from around 2022, so compare with the live footer rather than the FAQ. In 2019 Palms Bet was one of 27 betting firms whose paybills the government ordered shut while their licences were reviewed; it has since renewed. And you may see warnings about palmsbet.com from regulators in other countries: those concern their own markets, where the brand is not licensed, not Kenya. Our licensed betting sites page explains how to read licence lines.

A casino-first site: what that means for punters

Most Kenyan bookmakers are football first, with a casino on the side. Palmsbet works the other way round. The Kenyan site describes itself as an online casino with a large slot library, adds live dealer tables, and offers virtual sports. The site's own code even removes the link to a sports jackpot product that the group runs elsewhere, so there is no weekend jackpot card to fill in on the Kenyan site.

The licence covers betting too, but from the public pages we could not judge how deep the football markets are compared with Betika or SportPesa. If you mainly bet on the EPL, KPL or Champions League and want long jackpots, a football-first bookmaker will suit you better. If you want slots and table games with a KES wallet, Palmsbet is built for that. Read the Palmsbet casino page for the games side.

Slots, live casino and free spins

Slots are the core of the casino. Offers aimed at slot players, such as free spins, appear on the promotions page when they run; we could not see a current offer, so we do not quote one. Live dealer tables stream real croupiers for roulette, blackjack and similar games, which needs a stable data connection. Every slot and table game has a built-in house edge, so over time the casino wins; treat it as paid entertainment with a fixed budget.

Palmsbet and Aviator

People often search for "Palmsbet Aviator". We could not confirm Aviator on the Kenyan site from its public pages. If you see it after logging in, our Aviator guide explains how the game works. Whatever the site, no app or Telegram signal can predict a crash round; those are scams.

Palms Bet payments

The site code includes an M-Pesa confirmation step, so M-Pesa is the deposit method to expect. Palmsbet does not publish its paybill in public pages; if a confirmed number is added to our records, it appears as . Until then, deposit from inside your account, where the site sends an M-Pesa prompt or shows the business number to use. Do not pay to Palmsbet paybill numbers found on forums.

The minimum deposit, withdrawal limits and processing times are shown on the cashier screens after login. Excise duty is deducted from deposits and withholding tax from winnings under Kenyan law, automatically by the operator; see our betting tax guide. For bookmakers with confirmed paybills, see M-Pesa betting sites.

Registration and the Palmsbet app

Registration follows the usual Kenyan route of mobile number, password and SMS confirmation, and you must be 18+. On mobile, we found no Palmsbet app in the official stores and no download link in the public site files, so the mobile site is the safe option for now; our Palmsbet app page explains how to use it like an app without installing unknown files.

Help and support at Palms Bet

Palmsbet lists a Contact Us page, an FAQ, a WhatsApp group and a Telegram channel for Kenya, plus a phone number in the site footer. Use only channels linked from palmsbet.co.ke. The Telegram channel is small, which suggests a modest player base in Kenya; that is not a problem in itself, but it means fewer independent player reports to learn from.

Palmsbet compared with Kenyan alternatives

If football and jackpots are your main interest, the alternatives below are better fits; Betika and SportPesa run long jackpots, and OdiBets and betPawa are built for low-stake mobile betting with clearly published payment details.

Final word on Palms Bet

Palmsbet is a licensed, real Kenyan operator with a casino focus, and on that basis it is legit. Our score is held back by how little you can confirm before signing up: payment details, limits and offers are behind the login, and there is no official app. If you try it, start with a small deposit, test a small withdrawal before playing larger amounts, and keep casino sessions short. Gambling is for adults 18+ only; our responsible gambling page explains limits and self-exclusion in Kenya.
